CO2balance are developing a number of projects in Bangladesh regarding carbon offsetting, including a micro scale programme on photovoltaic panels which involves 4000-12000 PV panels near Dhaka capital of Bangladesh. It is also creating a new borehole rehabilitation project in Chittagong Hills area, which, as well as the carbon saving, will supply clean water to thousands of families. It is estimated that each of these projects will create around 10,000 tCO2e of emissions reductions.
